Shipping and Returns
At The Rustic Gypsy, every item is individually handcrafted and sublimated to order with vibrant, long-lasting precision.
- Production Turnaround:
Standard items are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Custom and personalized orders require 5-7 business days to design, print, and cure before shipment. - Australian Delivery:
We ship nationwide using Australia Post. Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 AUD, or FREE for all orders over $100. AUD. - Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package is dropped at the post office, a unique tracking number will be emailed straight to you so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized with custom names or text, please choose your designs carefully.
- Custom & Personalized Items:
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any customized items for simple change of mind or accidental ordering. - Standard Items (Non-Customized):
If you purchased a standard, non-personalized design and wish to return it, you must contact us within 7days of delivery. The item must be completely unused, in its original packaging, and returned at the buyer's shipping expense for a store credit. - Damaged or Faulty Goods:
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged in transit or features a printing defect, please snap a clear photo of the issue and email us at contactme@therusticgypsy.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at zero extra cost to you.
